Founder & Wealth Strategist
As Founder of her firm, Tasha Coleman built her practice around one central belief: financial planning should feel personal, intentional, and empowering. With more than 20 years of experience, she helps individuals and families design retirement strategies that create clarity today and confidence for the decades ahead.
Tasha specializes in Retirement Income Planning and Investment Management, guiding clients through complex financial decisions with structure and foresight. She understands that retirement is not simply an end to work — it’s a transition into a new chapter that requires thoughtful coordination of income, investments, taxes, and legacy planning. Her goal is to simplify complexity, anticipate risks, and create durable strategies that support long-term independence.
As a Certified Financial Planner™ professional, Tasha upholds the highest fiduciary standards and serves as a true advocate for her clients. She is known for combining disciplined strategy with genuine care — helping clients feel both financially confident and personally supported.
Tasha’s passion for wealth management began early under the mentorship of a financial planner she worked for in high school. While earning her degree in Finance from Bethel University, she obtained her licenses and began serving clients in estate and retirement planning. After advancing her education through the College for Financial Planning, she launched her own firm in 2010 with a vision to build a relationship-driven practice grounded in commitment, transparency, and long-term stewardship.
Today, she is a respected voice in the industry, speaking at national conferences and contributing insights on retirement planning and practice leadership.
Tasha lives in Forest Lake, Minnesota, where she enjoys lake life, camping, and spending time with her husband, four children, and two grandchildren. She remains deeply committed to her local community through church involvement and support of family-focused nonprofit organizations.
